KCA is committed to educating
and informing pet owners of the responsibility of
spaying and neutering their pets. 

                                 
 

Low Cost Spay/Neuter and Vaccination Clinics

Sponsored by Kalkaska Citizens for Animals


Spay & Neuter Fees:


Cats: M: $30, F: $60


Dogs: M: $50 F: $70 - under 25lbs only, very limited openings

Dogs over 25 lbs can be referred to a local vet with a voucher for a reduced rate.

Call 231-879-3512 for that option.


Vaccinations are also available for both dogs and cats.

Vaccines: $15

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper 5 in 1 combo

Cats: Rabies, Distemper combo.


Appointments are necessary for spaying/neutering, please call for your appointment.

All appointments will start at 9 am until finished. Walk-ins are welcome for vaccinations.

Make appointments as early as possible, as space is limited for all dogs and female cats.

All areas are welcome, not just Kalkaska!


There is unlimited space for male cats.

Animals must be at least 8 weeks old and must not be in heat, pregnant, or nursing.

All cats must be one to a carrier.

If possible, carriers are preferred for dogs.


Payment will be by cash or check only
